As for glasses, I didn't wear them fulltime, and I simply had my glasses fit so that they did not sit so close to my eyes. I would not trim your lashes as this puts cutting blades so close to your eyes, and your eyes are then less protected from dust, etc. Also, it's prettier to have longer lashes.

I don't let my lashes grow long enough for that to be a problem. I've worn glasses every minute of every day since I was 5, glasses are not a temporary solution for me, they're essentially part of my face, like a prosthetic leg. There wouldn't be any point in trying to have long lashes and glasses at the same time.
