So there are 3 reasons I think could be the cause (s) to your break out: the wipes, coconut oil, and/or showering after. For your daily routine, I'd wash twice a day with the water cleanser, unless your skin feels dry and tight then only with water in the AM. If you don't wear makeup I don't think you need an oil cleanser.
