msfixir. · 3 yr. ago. It can probably be fixed pretty easily if you paint bleach onto those specific parts, just be careful not to go over the other parts. It's not gonna turn out perfectly but imo that's part of the fun of coloring your hair by yourself! If you want to lighten it all and re-apply color then maybe try a bleach bath? Good luck!
